Configuration

After successfully installing the software, follow these steps to configure it for first use. This guide will walk you through starting the software, logging in, selecting a license, and adjusting key settings.

Step 1: Launch the Software

1. Locate the software icon on your desktop or in the Start menu.
2. Double-click the icon to launch the application.

You can also launch the software by searching for it's name in the Windows search bar.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

1. When the login screen appears, enter your username and password.
2. Click the "Log In" button.

Forgot Your Password?

If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps:

1. Go and visit manager.lutracad.com
2. Click on the "Password Forgotten?" link on the login screen.
3. Enter the e-mail address associated with your account.
4. Click "Reset Password".
5. Check your e-mail for password reset instructions.
6. Follow the link in the e-mail to create a new password.

If you don't receive the password reset e-mail within a few minutes:

Check your spam or junk folder. The e-mail might have been filtered as spam. If you use Gmail, check the "Promotions" or "Updates" tabs. Add our e-mail address (noreply@lutracad.com) to your contacts or safe senders list to ensure future emails reach your inbox. If you still can't find the e-mail, click the "Resend E-mail" button on the password reset page or contact our support team.

For security reasons, password reset links expire after 24 hours. If you need further assistance, please visit our support website or contact our customer service team.

Step 3: Select Your License

1. After logging in, you'll be prompted to select a license.
2. Choose the appropriate license type for your needs.

Step 4: Customize Your Theme

1. Navigate to "Account" > "Settings" in the main menu.
2. Select the "Basic" tab.
3. Choose your preferred theme from the dropdown menu.
4. Click "Save" to see the changes.

Step 5: Set Your Preferred Language

1. In the "Account" > "Settings" menu, select the "Basic" tab.
2. Choose your preferred language from the available options at the Language selection.
3. Click "Save" to apply the language change.

Step 6: Set Up Your Scanners

1. Go to the "Account" > "Settings" in the main menu.
2. Click on the "3D Scanner" dropdown.
3. Select your scanner model from the list.
4. Click "Save" to apply the change.
