QuestionWhat to do
Log in?When you are not logged in, the login screen appears. Enter your Email address and Password and click Log in, or press Enter. See Logging in.
Choose where my scans are saved? On the Quick Scan tab, the Location field shows the save folder. Click Browse to choose another, or Open to open it. The Project tab uses the same folder.
Make a quick foot scan?On the Quick Scan tab, type a Reference if you want, then click Scan left or Scan right. A countdown runs and the scan and photo are saved to your folder.
Scan an order and upload it to the cloud? On the Cloud tab, type a Reference, capture or browse a scan and photo for each foot, fill in the prescription form if needed, then click Upload.
Save an order as a local file instead of uploading?Use the Project tab. It works like Cloud, but Save bundles the left and right scans and photos into one file in your folder.
Use an existing scan or photo instead of scanning again? On the Cloud or Project tab, click Browse next to a foot to pick an existing scan, or Browse under 2D Scan to pick an existing photo.
Change the scanner model or sensitivity? On the Settings tab, 3D Scan section, pick your Scan model and a Sensitivity, then click Save.
Set up the photo (2D) scanner? On the Settings tab, 2D Scan section, choose your default scanner, a Mode, and set Flip if the feet come out upside down. Click Save.
Place elements on a scan photo? When a scan is made with a photo, the preview with elements opens. Drag an element onto the photo, resize it by a corner, rotate it with the Rotate slider, then click Save. See Cloud.
Fill in the prescription form?On the Cloud tab, click Form. Fill it in and submit. Your answers travel with the next Upload.
Scan a document? On the Cloud tab, use the Document row: Scan to scan one, or Browse to pick an image. It is sent with the order.
Check a scan before I use it?Every scan and photo has an eye button. Click it to open the preview. You can rotate and zoom a 3D scan.
Log out?Open the Account menu at the top right and click Logout.
