How to export a gcode file per pair?​

  1. Go to "Settings" and open the "3D Printer" tab
  2. Click "Settings" behind the desired printer
  3. Set "Per Pair" to "Yes"
  4. All existing production will not be changed, add new designs to the production

How to change the bottom design?​

  1. Make an insole and be sure to have set the production method to "Printing: Solid"
  2. Go to the bottom view
  3. Click on the bottom design ("green")
  4. Click on "Box" or "Edit trimline"
  5. Modify the shape

After modifying the shape, you can use the "Mirror" button to mirror the shape to the other side.

How to add a template to the library?​

  1. Go to "Settings" and to the "Library" tab
  2. On the left, choose the type that needs to be modified: "Full Contact", "Prefab 3D", or "Sensomotoric"
  3. Click "Edit" next to the template that can be used as a starting point
  4. Select the insole ("white") to modify bottom and top design, go to the bottom view and select the bottom design ("green") to only modify the bottom design
  5. Click on "Box" or "Edit trimline"
  6. Modify the shape
  7. Click the "Save" button
  8. Fill in a desired name
  9. Click the "Save" button to save the template
Template Modification

When modifying templates, make sure to choose the appropriate type (Full Contact, Prefab 3D, or Sensomotoric) before making changes.

How to import STL design files from 3rd party software​

  1. Start a new design
  2. Click on "Edit" behind pattern
  3. Go to the "Import" tab
  4. Use the "Import" buttons and select your files
Plantar Design Required

If you only import the top design, the software will prompt you to choose a plantar design.

caution
  • Orientation: The forefoot should be pointed up and the heels at the back. If this is not correct, use the X, Y, and Z buttons to rotate the design until you are looking at the top view with the toes pointing up.
  • Solid Model Requirements: When importing a solid model, ensure that the model is 100% solid to avoid any processing issues.
Automatic Mirroring

If you only import a left or right design, the software will automatically mirror the device to create the other side.
