How to export a foil (test shoe)​

  1. Enable "Foil (test shoe)" in step 1. Base of the shoe last design
  2. Option: Enable "Net stabilization"
  3. Go to the "Export" tab
  4. Click "Place in production"
  5. Check "Foil (test shoe) - Net" or "Foil (test shoe) - Gross"
  6. Go back to the manager by clicking the "folder" button
  7. Go to the "Production" tab
  8. The added item is at the end of the list; click "Open"
  9. Click "Export gcode"
  10. Fill in the desired name and click "Save"

Enabling "Net stabilization" can provide additional support to the foil structure.

How to import an STL file and export as a foil (test shoe) gcode file?​

  1. Open an empty shoe last design
  2. Click "Pattern"
  3. Go to the "Import" tab
  4. Select your files
  5. Enable "Foil (test shoe)" in step 1. Base
  6. Option: Enable "Net stabilization"
  7. Go to the "Export" tab
  8. Click "Place in production"
  9. Check "Foil (test shoe) - Net" or "Foil (test shoe) - Gross"
  10. Go back to the manager by clicking the "folder" button
  11. Go to the "Production" tab
  12. The added item is at the end of the list; click "Open"
  13. Click "Export gcode"
  14. Fill in the desired name and click "Save"

It's printing a solid model instead. What went wrong?​

In the "Export" tab, "Produce now" was clicked instead of "Place in production". When clicking "Produce now", the software will prepare the shoe last production by default. Use "Place in production" instead and check "Foil (test shoe) - Net" or "Foil (test shoe) - Gross".

Where can I find my foil (test shoe) that have been added to production?​

  1. Be sure the foil (test shoe) has been added to production by using the "Place in production" button in the "Export" tab
  2. Go back to the manager by clicking the "Open folder" button
  3. Click on the "Production" tab
  4. The production has been added to the end of the list

Always double-check that you've used "Place in production" instead of "Produce now" to ensure your foil (test shoe) is correctly added to the production list.
