The Orders page in the Lab Management Software (LMS) provides a comprehensive view of all orders from all clinics, with powerful management tools for efficient order processing.

Admin View

Main Features

  1. All Orders Overview: View orders from all clinics in one place.
  2. Product Type Tabs: Easily switch between different product types for focused management.
  3. Bulk Actions: Change the status of multiple selected orders simultaneously.
  4. Status Filter: Use dropdown menus to filter orders by their current status.

Order Details Page

Clicking on an individual order opens a detailed view, including:

  • Ordered items
  • Reference number
  • Order date
  • Shipping address
  • Product information
  • Downloads (e.g., design files, prescriptions)
  • Change history (status changes with timestamps)
  • Notes section for lab use

Actions Available:

  • Reorder
  • Cancel order
  • Print production order
  • Print shipping label
  • Change order status
Efficient Order Management

Use the bulk actions feature to update multiple orders at once, saving time during busy periods.

Clinician View

When clinicians access the Orders page, they see a simplified version with the following information:

  • Order status
  • Ordered items
  • Option to cancel the order (if not yet in production)

  2. Click the "Reorder" button
  3. Review and modify details if necessary
  4. Confirm the new order
