Admin Login​

Lab administrators can access a complete overview of all orders created by clinics.

Order Information​

Each order includes:

  • Details sent by the clinic
  • Current status (e.g., New, In Production, Production Delayed, Produced, Ready for Shipping, Sent, Cancelled)

Customer Workflows​

The Lab Management Software supports two primary workflows:

1. Full Service​

In this workflow:

  • Customers (clinics) scan and fill in a prescription form
  • The lab handles both design and production

Order Creation Process:​

  1. Clinics use the iPhone/iPad app or Windows Scanning Application with a flatbed scanner
  2. Clinics make scans, fill in the form, and add photos
  3. Clicking "Order Now" creates the order in the Lab Management Software

2. Production Only​

In this workflow:

  • Customers scan and create the design
  • The lab handles only the production

Order Creation Process:​

  1. Clinics design using their software
  2. At the end of the design process, they click the "Order Now" button
  3. The order is sent to the Lab Management Software

Clinic Portal​

Clinics can log in to access their own portal within the Lab Management Software.

Features for Clinics:​

  • View their own orders
  • Cancel orders (if not yet in production)
  • Reorder from past orders

Shipping Management​

This module helps streamline the shipping process for completed orders.
