Install the app

Download LutraCAD TrueScan from LutraCAD TrueScan on the App Store.

On a first install the app needs an internet connection. Without one it reports First boot requires a internet connection.

Log in

Go to My Account and fill in:

Field	What it is
Environment	Pre-filled with LutraCAD. It decides which environment your user name is looked up in. Only change it when you are asked to.
Username	Your LutraCAD user name.
Password	Your LutraCAD password. The eye button next to it shows or hides the text.

Then tap Login.

tip

You can be logged in with more than one account on the same device, and switch between them so an order uploads to the right one. See My Account.

note

Logging in downloads your organisation's prescription form, which is why + Form can be missing on a device that has never been logged in.

warning

You must be logged in to make a 3D scan. Tapping a 3D scan button while logged out shows Login required with To start scanning please log in. and a Go to login button.

If login fails

Message	What it means
Missing required fields, username and/or password is empty.	One of the two fields is empty.
Invalid combination of username and password.	Wrong user name or password. A wrong Environment also gives this, even when the password is right.
An error occured, please try on a later moment	The app could not reach LutraCAD, or something went wrong on the other side.
