Photos

+ Photo opens the device camera. Take the picture and it is added as a Photo row.

Documents

+ Document opens the document scanner. Point it at the paper; it finds the edges by itself and lets you correct the crop before it saves. The result is added as a Document row.

tip

Use + Document for a prescription or another form on paper. It gives a straight, cropped image, which a plain photo does not.

Both are stored on the device as images and go along when you upload. The eye button on the row opens the picture.
