Prescription form

+ Form opens your organisation's prescription form full screen inside the app.

• It is downloaded when you log in and kept on the device, so it also opens without internet.
• When you reopen the app, it updates the form automatically.
• Submitting it inside the form stores your answers with the order and closes it. There is no separate save step.
• Re-opening it with the eye button shows your earlier answers, ready to change.

When the order came in from a QR code or a link, the fields from that link are already filled in the first time you open the form. See Open an order from a QR code or link.
