The order screen
The order screen holds everything for this patient. The reference is in the header, with a cross to close.
Reference can still be changed here; the change is kept when you save.
Adding to the order

| + 3D Scan left | Starts a scan of the left foot. Greyed out once the left foot has a scan. |
| + 3D Scan right | Starts a scan of the right foot. Greyed out once the right foot has a scan. |
| + Photo | Takes a picture with the device camera. |
| + Document | Scans a document with the device camera. |
| + Form | Opens the prescription form. Only shown when a form has been downloaded, and greyed out once the order already has one. |
Tapping a 3D scan button while you are not logged in opens Login required with To start scanning please log in. and a Go to login button. See Install and log in.
The file list
Each scan, photo, document and prescription form is one row in the list. Every row has two columns and two buttons:

The eye button previews the item, and the red trash button deletes it. Deleting asks Are you sure you want to delete this row? Tap Delete to confirm, or Cancel.
Deleting a 3D scan removes every file of that side at once, so the side becomes free to scan again.
Saving

| Save | Stores the order on the device and closes the screen. |
You never lose work by closing the screen: scans, photos and forms are stored the moment they are added.
