Signing in and your account

Print Farm signs you in with an email address and password. There is no "sign in with Google" or Facebook option, and no "remember me" tick.

Signing in​

On the Welcome back screen, enter your Email and Password and press Sign in.

Two links sit below the button: Forgot password? and, for new users, Sign up. If your organisation has set them, small Support, Terms and Privacy links appear at the bottom.

If your account uses two-factor authentication, signing in takes you to Two-factor verification: type the 6-digit Verification code from your authenticator app and press Verify.

Messages such as "Invalid email or password" come from the server and are shown as written. If your email address is not yet confirmed, Print Farm sends you to a confirmation screen instead of signing you in.

Creating an account​

Create your account asks for your First name, Last name, Email and a password. You need to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before the Create account button turns on.

Print Farm then emails you a confirmation link. The Confirm your email screen tells you to check your inbox, with a Resend confirmation button if the email does not arrive.

Password rules​

A password must be at least 12 characters and include a number and a special character. An uppercase and a lowercase letter are also recommended, and the checklist shows all of these as you type. A strength bar rates the password from Very Weak to Strong.

Resetting your password​

On Reset your password, enter your email and press Send reset link. For your privacy the confirmation looks the same whether or not the address exists.

The link in the email opens Set Your Password, where you enter and confirm a new password that meets the same rules.

Accepting a farm invitation​

When someone invites you to a farm, you receive a link that opens an invitation page, showing who invited you and which groups you will join.

  • If you are signed in as the invited person, you get Accept and Decline buttons.
  • If you are not signed in, you are asked to Log in or Register first.
  • If you are signed in as a different person, Print Farm asks you to switch accounts.
