A few things that explain behaviour you might otherwise find surprising.

After a restart, printers show Offline first​

When the Print Farm server restarts, it has no live controller connections yet, so it marks every controller and printer Offline and waits for them to reconnect and report in. For a minute or two after an update or restart, seeing all printers Offline is expected. They come back as their controllers reconnect.

Belt printers start jobs by themselves​

For conveyor-belt printers, Print Farm checks about once a minute for queued jobs and starts them automatically, so a belt printer can eject a finished part and begin the next print with no one present. A job is only auto-assigned to a free belt printer of the same model with the same loaded material and nozzle size, highest priority first and oldest first.

Ordinary (non-belt) printers are never auto-started; a person assigns their jobs.

Costs are frozen when a print finishes​

When a print finishes, Print Farm stores the cost inputs that applied at that moment: filament price, spool, markup, power, machine time and labour. That is why a Print History cost breakdown is labelled Inputs (frozen at print finish). Changing the farm's cost settings later does not rewrite past prints.

Plan features​

Some features are part of your subscription plan: statistics, filament stock, the audit log, team management, camera streaming, and the maximum number of printers, nodes, members and owned farms. When a feature is not in your plan, or a limit is reached, the app shows an upgrade panel or a Subscription limit reached message rather than the feature. If you "can't see" one of these, check the farm's subscription first.

A couple of rough edges​

  • The Queue has no "Add to Queue" button. Jobs are added from the Files screen, using Print or Upload & Print. This is intended.
  • The controller update dialog is in Dutch even in the English interface. The update itself works normally; only the wording is untranslated.
