Production

The Production tab, located in the top menu next to Clients, provides a comprehensive overview of your production workflow. It consists of three subpages, each representing a different stage or aspect of the production process.

1. Production (Active)

This subpage displays all items that are currently in the production pipeline but have not yet been manufactured.

Features

  • Type of production: Indicates the kind of product being made (e.g., insole, midsole)
  • Client name: Displays the name of the client for whom the product is being made
  • Project name: Shows the associated project title

Actions

  • 3D Printing: Directly open the production for 3D printing
  • Milling: Create a new milling table project for items to be milled
Milling Configuration

Our system allows configuration of multiple tables with different settings. When creating a new production, you can:

  • Import insoles or midsoles into the table
  • Align items for optimal production
  • Configure various settings including:
    • Speeds
    • Contours
    • 1-sided or 2-sided milling
    • Pockets
    • And more

Search Functionality

Use the search feature to quickly find specific productions based on various criteria.

2. Production (Archive)

The Archive subpage contains a record of all items that have already been produced.

Features

  • All columns from the Production page
  • Status: Changed to "Archived" for completed productions
  • MDR Registrations: A new column showing the number of MDR registrations for each production
MDR Compliance

The MDR (Medical Device Regulation) option can be enabled in the Settings under the MDR tab. Here you can configure your company details and required text. Each time a production is exported, 1 MDR registration is added to ensure compliance with regulations.

Search Functionality

Like the Production page, the Archive also includes a search feature for easy retrieval of past productions.

3. Created Milling Tables

This subpage provides an overview of all milling tables created in the past and what has been produced on each table.

Features

  • List of all created milling tables
  • Details of productions associated with each milling table
  • Date of creation for each milling table

Benefits

  • Track the history of your milling productions
  • Analyze production efficiency across different milling tables
  • Easily reference past milling configurations and productions
