Size tables

Location: AccountSettingsLibraryOtherSizetables

A size table maps shoe sizes to insole dimensions (length, width, and height). LutraCAD uses it to scale a design to each size.

Create or open a size table

  1. Open the size table list in the Manager.
  2. To create a new table, click Add, enter a name, and confirm.
  3. To edit an existing table, click Edit on its row to open the editor.

You can also create a table from within the CAD designer: when prompted with Enter the sizetable name, type a name.

Fill in the table

In the editor:

  1. Click Add row to append a size.
  2. Fill in the columns for that row: Size, Length (mm), Width (mm), and Height (mm).
  3. Repeat for every size you want to cover. Custom rows are allowed, so you are not limited to a fixed set of sizes.
  4. Use Delete on a row to remove it.
  5. Click Save (available at the top and bottom of the editor).
note

A scaling value of 0 means standard scaling for that size. Use it when you want LutraCAD to apply its normal proportional scaling rather than a fixed dimension.

Example

SizeLength (mm)Width (mm)Height (mm)
37235850
38242870
39249890
40256910

In this example the height column is set to 0, so each size uses standard height scaling while length and width are fixed to the table values.
